Each session combines short bursts of effort (20–60 seconds) with rest or active recovery. No choreography. No fancy kit. Just focused movement and a clear plan.

I recently completed the Home Gym Confidence program, and it was incredibly helpful. Before, my workouts lacked structure—I was just following along with video workouts without properly adjusting weights or tracking my progress. This course completely changed that. The focus on measurement and tracking progress has been a game-changer, and I’m definitely sticking with this structured approach going forward.

I also really appreciate how encouraging and accessible Dave was throughout. He made it easy to get help when needed, and I now have way more confidence in my workouts. Plus, I’m no longer feeling sore after training, which is a huge win. Highly recommend!

My experience working with Dave as a PT for the past year has been fantastic. The workouts were well designed and tailored to my goals and available time from the get-go. I have seen clear improvements in all areas I was targeting and am now very comfortable in the gym. He has consistently had great communication and often seeks feedback. I have been enjoying Dave's classes for a few months now, and I'm really seeing the benefits. I am stronger and have more stamina.
I'm not a person who usually enjoys exercise, but this experience has turned that around. Dave is inclusive with each person's needs, a very important aspect to me, as I have carpal tunnel syndrome (which causes me to have weak wrists).
